Blake Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of 8Sigma Energy Services Inc., a company developing advanced downhole technologies for well completions, artificial lift, and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. With more than 25 years in the energy sector, experience spans drilling, completions, and global energy projects, including roles with Shell and international operations in Papua New Guinea.

Blake leads innovation focused on solving complex downhole challenges, improving hydraulic fracturing efficiency, and reducing emissions during well construction and stimulation, while also co-founding 400C Energy to advance high-temperature geothermal stimulation technologies.
