Dave Krug is the founder of 480PLUS™ Energy, bringing over 40 years of hands-on experience in fluid power technology to the artificial lift sector. He has channelled decades of practical field knowledge into developing a new approach to rod pumping that leverages variable displacement to address longstanding well production challenges.

Dave created 480PLUS™ as a rethinking of traditional lifting and lowering applications, delivering intelligent, high-volume rod pumping solutions targeting ESP to rod conversions, including horizontal wells. His work focuses on optimising downhole performance through proven, field-tested technology.
