Peter Wissa is a Performance Live Engineer at SLB with over nine years of experience across artificial lift systems. He began his career in the field with GE, Baker Hughes, and Lufkin Industries, installing and troubleshooting equipment in demanding environments before transitioning to digital performance optimisation.

Peter now monitors and optimises ESP wells across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, enhancing production efficiency and reliability. His expertise in real-time monitoring earned recognition from Equinor UK for preventing downhole equipment damage on an offshore well.
